We build strong and effective partnerships with children and families that can help them thrive in pursuit of lowering DHS involvement, strengthening healthy connections and attachments, all while lowering Oklahoma’s Adverse Childhood Experiences. We have a special interest in foster and adoption families but serve all ages and stages.

Our team of experienced counselors and master-level interns use a variety of evidence-based techniques. We incorporate cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, and mindfulness practices to help our clients overcome negative thought patterns, behaviors, and process traumatic events. We believe in a holistic approach to mental health, addressing both the mind and body.

Our team is made up of licensed therapists and master's level interns who specialize in a variety of areas, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. We are dedicated to providing personalized care to each of our clients, and are committed to ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest research and techniques.
